It is a palace built between the end of the 1700s and the beginning of the 1800s, located in the heart of Navelli's historical centre. Its owner, from the De Roccis family, was known in Navelli as ru miglionàrijë ('the millionaire') on account of his wealth, and lived here throughout the century. The complex includes two large vegetable gardens, one in front of the palace, across the road, and one behind it.
On the lower floor of the palace are cellars and stables, while the main floor has a vaulted interior ceiling, some of them frescoed, with Art Nouveau tempera paintings and mosaic floors. The interior wooden doors were majestic and with high-reliefs, unfortunately only one has survived to testify to their preciousness and holds the small noble chapel inside. The palazzo was acquired and restored by the municipality of Navelli.
It is currently home to the exhibition 'Zafferano, l'oro che germoglia' (Saffron, the gold that germinates), realised and donated to the Municipality of Navelli by the 'Scuole d'Arte e dei Mestieri di Roma Capitale'.
